Individual Cabins Are NOT Currently Available in Greenleaf State Park
However - you have options nearby- see farther below

Existing cabins are used for artists or are perpetually taken from year to year by those who have first right of refusal to get the cabin the following year.  No one gives up their cabins, so in simple terms no cabin is available to anyone new to the festival.  Sorry.  That is just how it is.

We actually cannot add more artists until someone gives up a cabin and we can use that instead for an additional artist.  Thus, the line of those wanting a cabin is very long.

We have tried to set up “group cabins” where multiple people share a common space.  At present, there are some opportunities for a women’s group cabin.  Email Glen Schmidt if you are willing to share space with other people in a group cabin.  This means sleeping on a pull out couch in a common area with a common kitchen and bathroom.

GLOTMA and DIY Music Foundation have a contract with the State of Oklahoma to obtain the use of all of the cabins an campsites at Greenleaf.  As part of that agreement, we assign those cabins and campsites.

Please do not contact the park to secure a site or cabin and please do not go to the park website to book.  You will find all of these items to be booked or blocked.  Please trust that you make our jobs much harder by trying to get the park staff involved or try to use the park website.  By giving us the contract, they take themselves out of the loop as part of the deal.  Thus you will find the park staff to be the very least informed as to what is available during festival week.

Here are other offsite options:

NOTE:  While Lake Tenkiller is nearby and has state operated cabins, the bridge over the Tenkiller Dam is currently closed till 2027, and thus if you find something at Tenkiller that gives the appearance of being close, make sure that anything you look at is on the west side of the dam.  Otherwise, it will be a long drive (45-60 minutes) around the the entire lake to get to the east end of the dam.  https://www.swt.usace.army.mil/Missions/Civil-Works/Tenkiller-Bridge-Project/

Suite 16 Motel in Gore (918) 489-2100  It is an older motel, but folks tells us it is clean and decent.  It is definitley the closest option from Greenleaf and very affordable.  You can be at the festival in 10 minutes.

The Blue Doors at Tenkiller www.bluedoorsattenkiller.com  (918) 205-2502 These are a group of privately owned cabins at nearby Lake Tenkiller.  They show a Gore address,  but are more like a 15 minute drive as they are not actually in the town of Gore.  You do not have to detour around the currently closed Tenkiller Dam to get there.

Lodging in Muskogee.  We will not attempt to list all of the lodging in or around Muskogee.  You can use Google to find that.  However, the closest motel is 20 miles.
